Can Picafort is situated at nine kilometres from Santa Margalida. It is the most popular touristic, residential and urban of this municipality, and one of the oldest of the bay of Alcúdia , including the marina with the same name and the camping area Platja Blava , the only one in Majorca together with Colònia de Sant Pere .
